    Because a puffer fish also needs food, water and air just like other fishes and us,too. And a puffer fish is a type of fish that can blow up, showing its spikes.

    We classified dead mosquito under non-living thing because it does not need air, food or water and it cannot reproduce.

    I am not sure if my answer is correct but here is what I can tell you. We classified it as once alive as because rubber is made from the rubber tree.
